Munchkin Flow Nipple Shield + With See-Thru Channel to Watch Milk Flow

I was apart of the testing group before this product was released. I genuinely, wholeheartedly-heartedly believe that I had a successful breastfeeding journey because of it. My son didn’t latch well. He was diagnosed with failure to thrive at 1 month old as he was losing weight and dropped below the 1st percentile. We started to consistently use this nipple shield with every feed until he was 3.5 months old when he randomly decided that he didn’t need it. (I also nursed and pumped constantly to get my supply back). Well, he was right and now we are 21 months into our breastfeeding journey. Try a nipple shield if you are struggling!!! This shield is nice because you can watch the forward flow of milk. It gives you peace of mind, especially in my case where my son wasn’t nursing well.

I purchased this shield about a week after my baby was born. I came home from hospital still screaming every time I breastfed because in just days, my baby boy had already given me nipple trauma. I purchased some other brand and they did not help one bit. Then I found these when I was on Facebook and thought I’d give them a try. These rescued my nipples!!! Instantly I was SO GLAD I purchased these. Now I don’t go ANYWHERE w out them. I gladly breastfeed now and know I will have ZERO pain. Seriously, I can’t stop raging about this shield. They are so easy to clean as well and they fit in a binky carrier if you don’t want to use the big case they come in. I will forever be recommending these, especially because how cool is it to see that milk is truly flowing and baby is eating!

I love the flow nipple shield. . it was pretty cool to see the milk flow. My baby only latch with a nipple shield and this helped me out tremendously! I can’t thank you guys enough for making such an awesome product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so struggling to get my baby to latch on my nipples for breastfeeding and this came giving me an assistant hand. It helps my baby latch on my breast easier and I can see the flow. Great thing is it comes with a case, very handy and great for storage or travel. Sometimes the nipple shield adheres very well to my skin but sometimes it keeps peeling off.

Nipple is too long, baby gags on it and won’t take it. Nipple shield should be more of a round shape instead of cone to shape so it’s similar to a real nipple. The cleaning is also very difficult wasted time. Absolutely do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product for peace of mind for breastfeeding mamas. It's such a nice way to keep that skin to skin closeness with your little one AND see what they're eating. Huge plus if you're a new mom, because its a little bit of a two for one. Shields can also help with discomfort! It fits across the breast very nicely and grips, so it's not falling off. I was able to walk around with it on! It's very soft silicone, so it's also very comfortable to wear. I dont have another size to compare, but with that being said, I do feel that the M could be a bit tight for some. But it does do what its supposed to, and I love it! It's also very easy to clean! That's super important for me postpartum. I wish I had this when my baby was a newborn!

The comfort is there and it fit perfectly for feeding sessions. I love the travel kit so it makes packing everything very easy. Everything you will need for nursing.

It’s easy to clean. It’s flexible that’s why it’s fit every nipple. And I am highly recommend munchkin flow nipple shield. Because of my wife already using this, while she Brest feeding my baby.

I purchased this because my baby has been using bottles since we came home from the hospital. I have been pumping so she is able to have breast milk but now she won’t drink from the breast. However, this tricked her into drinking no problem. She acted like it was the bottle. Now I have the option to feed her directly from the source without her putting up a fight and crying for 10 minutes before latching. I am a size 17 but the 16 fits fine. It is kind of a pain to clean but overall I would say it’s worth it for anyone struggling to breast feed. Plus, it is really cool to see the milk flowing so I know when she is drinking and when she isn’t!

My daughter YANKED this off with her teeth and proceeded to chew on it like it was a chew toy (while milk was flowing)…. It may have been too small for me, I’m not sure. I’ve only used one other brand and that one isn’t as “chewy” as the this one

I wanted to love it… but I didn’t. It’s pretty thick and it’s hard to tell if the milk is flowing continuously or if it’s the same milk going slightly in and out. I wish I could return it as it was pretty pricey. If May work for some babies though. I appreciate the innovative thinking.

I loved that I could see the milk. It gave me peace of mind however being in between sizes I sized up and it was too big for me. I’m usually a 20-21 and I wish there were more sizes available, especially for the higher price.
