I have already reached out to Customer service and I’m very disappointed with the rate of response. This item was extremely thin and cheap. It is not apparent at all on your website the various thickness of different sacks. We were gifted a thick one and assumed they were all the same. What we received was ridiculously thin and therefore very overpriced.
