    Terrible customer service, will not purchase anything large from Target again. Bed was damaged, which wasn't discoverd until we hired someone to assemble. In order to get a refund, we were told to hire someone to dismantle, hire a car to transport back to the store, even though I had included pictures of the damage. Target took no responsibility, and sent me to Vecelo who took no responsibility.

    Nice, but flawed

    When I took all of the pieces out of the box I found the headboard has a slit in the fabric. Very disappointing but the thought of repacking and returning it was too daunting. I love the look of the headboard… assembly instructions were a bit challenging.

    When I was about to finish the installation happily, I found that the board at the end of the bed had peeled off. There is one screw hole missing from the bed board on the side. I have no choice but to remove all the parts if I return them. I can't get any compensation if I don't dismantle it. I'm very disappointed.

    It is very easy to build. It took just me personally to build it. The bed set is super cute. If you have a box mattress, though under your mattress, it is quite tall. I personally don't mind it, but it is something to consider if you are buying it, lol. But yes, I definitely recommend it!

    Best color with wooden sides

    I purchased because it looks so elegant and goes well with my bedroom. I was not looking to spend on this one and the price for this one seemed very reasonable and this worked very well. Pretty sturdy and been using this for a good period of time of enough adjustment and has not squeaked even once.
