Rug is super soft and nice, but as another review mentioned the dark design is patchy. Luckily mine isn’t super noticeable and it almost looks intentional but it is frustrating that there’s patches of white where the design is supposed to be. Otherwise I really like the rug

Patchy and poorly made

This rug is so patchy and poorly made. The amount of threads missing in the dark patterns is amazing. Please do not sell this product anymore. Now I need to lug it back and return it.

Hard to vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s hard to vacuum any debris that get on the white parts in between the brown sections. Debris collects in those spots and vacuum can’t reached with the brown in the way. Not good for high traffic as it is advertised it the white parts flattens within a week and since the vacuum can’t really get to it. It makes the rug look old.
