All-Clad 13" X 16" Stainless Steel Roaster with Rack, Gourmet Accessories, Silver

This was a replacement roaster for one I lost in a move. It's a work-horse in my kitchen! Over 25 years ago, I "invested" in a complete set of All-Clad pots and it was worth every penny. I've watched friends replace pots and pans over the years... I'm sure they've spent four times what I did by now. From consistent, reliable heat to durability, you pay for quality and All-Clad is simply the best.

I haven't had a chance to use this yet but I am confident it will serve my needs to a tee.

I've had other roasters, from electric to Lagostina to enamel and nothing compares to All-Clad. it's worth the price. I will continue to invest into their pieces because, there's really nothing like it out there. The heavy-gauge stainless of this roaster feels indestructible, and it looks as polished and professional as the day it arrived. It's easy to clean and it roasts to perfection. I have the teapot, an electric skillet and a variety of pots. I will continue to add more All clad because it's simply the best out there.

Used the All Clad roaster for the first time at Thanksgiving. I cooked a large turkey breast that came out beautifully, evenly cooked and brown. Sprayed Pam first in the roaster and it was a very easy cleanup. The pan is on the heavier side, especially if you have been using the aluminum toss away roasters.

All clad is solid. Every product we have we are happy with. Our routing pan we got 28 years ago was getting scratched up. It was from another product line. So, we replaced from this product line, that we like better. It is a good size and looking forward to it during Thanksgiving.

The pan is a good size for various roasts. Heating is very even. I am very pleased with it.

The PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS describes a hard anodized pan, instead of a stainless steel one. Maybe someone should fix that.

Disappointed. Bottom is not completely flat. Raised edge around the outer edge. Cannot use on induction cooking surface to braise meat which would be nice to be able to do with a “roasting pan. Too bad they don’t provide a more descriptive information.

The roasting pan I bought is a replacement for the one I had for years. I gave that one to my daughter and soon missed it. The new roasting pan is identical and beautiful made plus superbly functional.

A very solid and sturdy roaster. A good investment choice if you spend any amount of time in the kitchen. I purchased mine while in the midsg of moving to go along with my new cookware set.

As described, great pan that fit a large turkey and great for cooking the gravy

Received this as wedding gift. Used it twice in two separate occasions and after the 2nd time the pan is starting to chip. Customer Service said its not covered under their warranty even though its been under a year. Worked great when I used it but the "heavy duty" is anything but that.

Great roaster in oven, but not viable fore stovetop reduction of sauce.

Worth every penny! It's a quality item that I'd recommend. We looked at some other less expensive roasters but they seemed a bit flimsy. This roaster is substantial and can hold up to a 20 lb turkey.

Very sturdy and beautifully made! I was able to fit an 18-lb turkey in the rack.

One of the main reasons why I've spent literally thousands of dollars on AllClad products has been because they're mostly American-made, and their products that aren't are 'usually' clearly labeled as such at their website. This one (and another top-dollar roasting pan I bought) were not labeled, and I foolishly made the assumption that AllClad isn't going to be charging stratospheric 'Made In America' prices for Chinese merchandise. I was wrong. I could have called them up and asked them before I bought these pans but I took a chance and I lost. My fault entirely. Still, their lack of interest in being fully forthcoming about where their products are made wounded me, and for that they lose a review star and perhaps a customer; we'll see about that. The pans themselves are probably perfectly fine quality, but that of course is not the issue. We all 'vote' with our pocketbooks and MANY Americans try to vote for the USA whenever we can. Manufacturers are welcome to build their products in whatever country they choose; I just think that people deserve to be clearly told what choices a company has made.

It's very nice and cooked my turkey well. But the edge is so sharp. Sliced my hand open.

Can't wait to use this roaster! It sturdy and look amazing!

All Clad is still the best cooking pans, if they are made in USA!

What I love about all my all clad products is how nice they clean up despite not being non-stick. They heat so evenly and I wish I would have invested in them a long time ago!
