Not a durable fabric

The packaging on these stools is phenomenal. It’s wonderful to see so much care was put into getting these stools safely to my home. However, I’m returning them because the fabric on the stools is a woven cream and is not suitable for a house with children and pets. From the photos, I thought the material was a vinyl or easy to clean material.

Falling apart

I’ve had them for less than 6 months and already need to replace. One of the chairs is consistently falling apart no matter how many times I re tighten. All of the wooden screw covers on the back fell off (not a structural problem just super annoying). I would just avoid and spend a bit more for better quality.

Beware target partner plus

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way both Best Choice Products and Target handle situations like this. when items are substandard, poorly constructed, and do not meet reasonable expectations for durability there is no accountability . When I sought help, Best Choice Products deferred responsibility to Target’s 30-day return policy rather than standing behind the quality of its own merchandise. Equally frustrating, Target offered no meaningful assistance in connecting me with the manufacturer or pursuing warranty support. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like retailers and vendors are insulated from accountability while buyers are left stuck with defective products. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and do not recommend this brand again or target in general.

bad quality

thought these were so cute, and honestly we don’t even use them a ton, and they have literally been falling apart (ex: i barely moved one of them while cleaning the countertop and a screw fell out of the bottom because it won’t tighten into place, my husband has already tried). another piece of a different chair also keeps falling off, and that was a piece that already shipped put together by the manufacturer. unfortunately i wouldn’t recommend due to the lack of quality, especially given the fact that we have used them very lightly up to this point. we have had them over the return window, but only for maybe 3 months.
