Q: What is the easiest way to replace light strands when one doesn’t work anymore (since they connect when you assemble the tree)?

  • A: Hello Kristy, lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand. Inspecting/replacing fuses located on wall plug should also be advised. Thank you.

Can't wait for Xmas to set it up.

Purchased after Xmas sale. Arived quickly. I have not set it up completely, only took it out of box and connected the two halves and plugged it in. I lke that connecting the halves connects the lights (no wire plug to connect). The various light options are great. Cannot wait until Xmas to set it up. It is going up immediately after Thanksgiving day (maybe before).

I really love this tree. Bought the 6’ and it’s easy to fit in any space and manage. Nice lighting options. The pine cones are a lovely touch. The flocking hasn’t shed and makes the tree look more festive.
