Max & Lily Solid Wood Scandinavian 6 Drawer Dresser, White/Blonde

This is a beautiful dresser and very easy to put together.

We bought the Max and Lily bunk beds and were very impressed with the quality. Our daughters needed bigger dressers, so I figured I would go with Max and Lily again. Unfortunately we were disappointed this time. The dresser is white and translucent to see the wood grain, however the white color has a very obvious and odd blue undertone that makes it look unfinished, like it is primed but not painted. My husband built the dresser and he is very handy. However 2 of the drawers are very difficult to open and close all the way. He said he thinks it is because the binding on 2 of the drawers are too narrow. When you open and close the drawers the wheels on the bindings are actually shaving down the wood of the dresser... If you take the drawer out you can see sawdust. We have never had this issue with any other furniture we have ever purchased. My 3 year old can't open those 2 drawers at all. There was also a piece that had a crack in it... It is part of the bottom so you can't see it if you are looking at the dresser. I love the Scandinavian style. But the quality is definitely not worth the money we paid. I could deal with the blue undertones but not sure what we are going to do about the difficult with the 2 drawers opening and closing. Unfortunately we bought 2 of these dressers... Haven't taken the second one out of the box yet...
