Damaged upon arrival

I was happy to see this item available from Target via HeyPharma as my local pharmacy was out of stock. Unfortunately it came damaged as both bottles had leaked through the packaging and were unusable. I understand this happens and is not preventable but I was disappointed with Target and HeyPharma for refusing to issue a refund with photo evidence of the damaged product. They each declined stating the item was “not returnable” and suggested contacting the other for a refund which both declined to provide.
