My doctor mentioned that brain cancers are on the rise and there is a link with Bluetooth. This concerns me so I purchased these headphones. I immediately put them to use once they arrived. I have not used the microphone. I think the sound is great. I was slightly concerned about hygiene since these do not come in a package. They look like they were removed from a cell phone box because they come with a small piece of packing around it like headphones do in cell phone boxes.

Very good ear piece. Just had mine accidentally damaged. Looking for where to buy a new one. Had it for 3 years.

I hope this will be good back-up headset for an occasional conference call, but nope. This is the first ever USB headset with microphone which does not have sidetone. Completely useless for communication.

the last time i brought this they last me for a good while but when will they come back in stock?

The plastic part close to my earbud start "melting" and become sticky... Even regular finger nail can "cut" into the medal part when you try to pull if off ear after use.

I bought these less than a month ago. There's static, and they stopped working today.

I bought this last week and they have really good bass!

Not compatible to my samsung s20 fe.I try it alrady how many times.

the sound and overall quality is fantastic compared to my other wired earbuds! these earbuds came with the purchase of the s20. my past earbuds would stop working within a matter of months, but i had these samsung earbuds for two years now and had no issues!

enjoyed the sound and how the buds fit perfectly in my ears. only had them for a few weeks before my dog chewed them up...no longer in stock but i will purchase again

absolutely insane sound! got these earbuds in the box with my s20+, never really gave them a look and used my galaxy buds pro for a long time. gave them a try when they died once and never looked back since they sound 100x better. they come to life thanks to that 32bit 384mhz dac in these phones, something samsung will never tell you when trying to sell you the galaxy buds, but the galaxy buds are good too

my daily driver, light and sound good for music, the recent update add more punch to the low frequency fast button responds , although my jabra 75t are nice for movie but the it is not as comfortable as the samsung /akg usb c headphones

these headphones literally worked for 30 seconds. that's it. i'm really disappointed with samsung. i got the s21 and within 2 weeks the alarm hasn't gone off on three separate occasions. i never had that issue on the 10s.

i loved these until the left ear stopped working. now when i connect a different pair they don't seem to be working well. but when i plug in my original broken ones my device picks it up and connects well.....

first time using the type c headset and i must confess the experience was awesome yet accompanied without of issues with the headset. one time the volume control on the headphone will automatically regulate the volume while a song is played without being touched. sometimes it stops working and resumes when it feels like. i kept the product in a safe place, woke up to find out that it has stopped working. seems everyone is complaining about same defect too.

i came here to buy this again since i really liked them, they came with my note20ultra and the right side stopped working out of nowhere after just a few days of being used, after reading some reviews, i can see everyone is having the same issue again and again, one side stops working, samsung should take this obviously damage headphones out of the market and send the customers new ones, this is embarrassing for such a great company. disappointed.

i tried using some wireless ear buds with my note 20 ultra (which doesn't have a 3.5 mm headphone jack) . there something about wired headphones. it has a pause/play, volume up/down buttons. i'm happy with my purchase
