Calypsa Women's High Waisted Full Coverage Bikini Bottom - Dotty, XX Small

This is my first time ever buying a bikini bottom, as I do not wear a bikini to swim for modesty reasons. I bought this because I saw that it is recommended to wear one under the swim skorts. I have in the past worn the swim skort alone, and noticed the fabric a little thin for that. The main issue I have with this bottom is that it comes up higher than the skort when I wear them together. Or, perhaps the skort simply slips down a little because of the slippery fabric it is made from. Wha ever the reason, it feels a little uncomfortable to have "underwear" that is higher than the skort, and the have the skort slipping down an inch because of the "underwear." I will say, this bikini bottom isn't going anywhere. It has a great strip of rubber on the inside of the top seam that helps it stay firmly in place. No need to worry about the bikini bottom falling down.

It is a fine swimsuit bottom but my large stomach means that when I move there is still some gaping in the leg hole. I was hoping a company that is so size inclusive would also build in some structure so the leg holes stay put as the torso moves around. I plan to wear these under swim pants so it will be fine but I am disappointed.

Very comfortable and good coverage! The waist doesn't dig in on me and I feel it helps hold my tummy in a little without being too tight.

The high waist is a good height for me, and I have a long torso, so that is hard to come by with "high waisted" things.

They fit well and covered everything that I wanted to cover. The material is top quality!

Snug and secure fit and very comfortable. The high waist is just high enough while the leg holes are not too large.

This is the perfect bottom to go with either the Maya top or halter top that I got last year, works well with either coral or rust.

As stated above they are perfect (and necessary) when teamed with the matching coloured mid thigh shorts.

As a woman in my 60s, I'm not going to wear this piece by itself. As swimsuit "underwear" it's wonderful. I was especially impressed by the quality and double fabric layer design. Though the public won't see it, I wish that the large size came in black or navy to match the swimsuit I purchased.

The bikini bottoms were really good. I did size up on them so they run a bit larger. I have ordered a second pair and went down a size on those

I got this button as a bikini set with a top and it looks adorable. I look the fitting and the color. It is modest and looks good even with my 20 week belly.
