Great dresser

This is a beautiful and sturdy dresser. The drawers are a nice size, too! We have a larger dresser and bed frame from max & lily that matches beautifully.

Drawers don’t work

The drawers don’t work! When we put it together the drawers were a little tough to move. After a week, they don’t slide out or in. I have to use all my strength with my feet holding the dresser in place to pull out two of the drawers so that I don’t pull it out of the wall! Then to get them back in, I have to hit them multiple times. I’ve sent in a request for help and it’s been 6 business days with no reply. The only thing I can figure out is that the drawer slides are made with plastic and the weight of the drawer is too much. However I have barely anything in it.

Looks good but impossible to use shelves

The dresser looks good. Assembly was easy. No issues putting it together. But putting shelves inside was challenging. With the time, it became almost impossible to open and close them. I can hardly pull it out. Kids are unable to use it. You can see the video attached.

Only ok unfortunately.

Seems a little cheaper than I had hoped. Had issues with assembly. Currently waiting on a replacement part to arrive. Good customer service.

The wheels scratched up the floor!

Although the bed is decent quality, the wheels on the trundle scratched up the floor. We had to replace them with different wheels.

Small dresser, it works for my space! Nice wood color to match my bed. I’m using it as a coffee barista stand in my guest room to be honest and it gets the job done! I like that there’s no knobs :)

This was a solid piece

This was a solid piece and relatively easy to assemble. No toxic fumes! The color on the drawers was a little lighter than I was expecting. But it looks fine. There are gaps on the sides of the dresser. Not a big deal but maybe the drawer grins could be a little wider to minimize the gaps.

Crack on top piece.

I've been so excited to put this together, yet during assembly when I flipped it over there was a crack on the top. The worst part is that you can feel and see where someone tried to cover it up with wood putty. If this were a cheap piece I might be more lenient, but this wasn't cheap.

Lower quality than expected

We have a bunk bed from Max and Lilly that is great. We bought this matching dresser expecting similar quality and are very disappointed. The dresser feels cheap, the drawers do not open or close smoothly, and — worst of all — the back is made out of a type of thin, cheap pressboard, not solid wood, and stinks. One reason we buy from this company is their claim of low VOC production, but based on the smell of this dresser that’s not the case. If it does not dissipate soon we will need to remove it from our child’s bedroom. The only upside is that it does look decent and matches the bunk bed well. But the quality and smell are both unacceptable.
