    Doesn't glide, sides scrape

    Delivery was very quick, but that was the only good thing about this purchase. I am very disappointed in the product. The paint job is not very good. There are multiple imperfections in the paint job which will peel in time, since wood is showing. It takes two people to assemble with limited instructions. Once assembled , it did not glide. The preassembled sides rub against the swing. There is no way to adjust it. You can see that the pre installed mechanisms for gliding are not fully screwed in and are angled. Poor workmanship. We tried taking it apart and starting all over, but the results were the same. I will try to return without disassembling. What a waste of time!

    I assembled the glider, took a while, and back had cosmetic damage on both sides. Asked for new back or price adjustment, and response was neither, only a total refund if I brought in the large fully assembled glider

    Costway Patio Glider

    I really like this glider bench and it looks really nice on my patio. I've only had it for a couple of months and the paint is already starting to peel off the slats on the seat and in a couple of other areas. I will have to re-paint it soon.
