very nice looking. instructions SUCK- took me so long to put together trying to follow so i figured it out myself. the bottom cushions are very comfy however the back is SO THIN and metal so when the pillows squish down, it’s super uncomfy on the back. i just large bought throw pillows and they work so much better. i don’t think this couch is low, some reviews say it is but im a very small woman lol so the height is great. the chase lounges are super short. my feet hang off and im 5’2… but i usually sit curled up in a ball so its fine for me. idk if id pay $400 for this again but its a fine couch. i do love the material! i got the white and all stains come out so easy & its super soft. overall i give it a 2. it’s just fine. i think manufacturer should have to pay me back for it- i arrived in one big box which was so damaged it was barely a box… im surprised my couch wasn’t damaged ! disappointed in shipping and delivery.

Nothing to like about these! I’m so disappointed but we live on the 7th floor and can’t imagine having to do a return! Do not buy these! Assembly was horrible, the instructions were very unclear—waste of money!

Received a damaged package.I felt like I got a used one. It was so tough for me to return it after installation

It is pretty, but the back cusions are soooo thin. They never really poofed up once opened. The couch is also low to the ground. Pay attendion to the measurements. It took us about 2 hrs to assemble. The instructions are not easy to follow.

I had to Return the item! cheap wood and missing a important base piece for the build. Second couch Ii recieve missing parts. i had to pack it up and return in person.

Don’t get this couch. I literally had nothing but issues with it to the point that I barely even sit on it due to anxiety of it falling apart. The wood is cheap, customer service was not great. If I could return this and get my money back I would.

Stop yourself from saving a couple of bucks, you will end up spending more having to buy another sofa. This was hassle from beginning to end. The first shipment came with wrong pieces the second one didn’t have holes to put screws in. Cheaply made, careless mfg. Just save a little longer and buy something else.

Unless you're willing to put hours of work and concentration into this couch I wouldn't buy it. A lot of the pieces don't line up at all, some pieces were missing and the material is all around pretty cheap. Very low to the ground and not too sturdy. After 7.5 hours of my boyfriend putting the couch together, it is finally up, but we're missing 4 legs. Lol. Hoping for the best.

This couch was delivered in a flimsy but large cardboard box, barely held together with tape. The contents were exposed as the box was heavily damaged & subsequently ripped open. Ok, that’s fine…I’ll live… Nope. It is not fine and does not get better. There are NO instructions or guide at all. I am handy and can find my way but this was ridiculous. After a phone call and promise to email us instructions in 1-3 business days, I searched the web to no avail. Someone posted a picture of the couch that helped serve as a guide for me. We had to Sherlock Holmes our way through this thing. Finally we got it. At one point, while assembling you kinda just black out—you are now sucked into this. You must finish. And you already know the piece of crap that you are constructing at that point. But it doesn’t matter. You just need to finish. DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH. Terrible quality, no instructions, faulty parts, damaged parts and now A BAD BACK

The couch is cheap, hard to build, and not comfortable. I was missing pieces for the build and received no help in staining the missing screws. The instructions were difficult to follow. When you lean back the wood cracks. If you want to sit on a couch and not worry about it breaking under you, do NOT buy.

I wanted this couch because it was on sale and I wanted something relatively cheap in case my dogs destroyed it again. This was not it!! it came in so many pieces I couldn't believe it. it took my roommate and I a good 2 hours to get everything even lined up and even then the screws didn't go into the holes correctly and I was missing eight pieces. It was obvious someone had returned this and Target resold it to us! With the pieces missing we had to return it to the local Target and it was really heavy! I ordered a cheaper sofa on Wayfair and basically all you had to do was assemble the back and screw the legs on. this was hours of work, only to have to take it all apart to return it to the local Target store. This is not worth your time or money!

Very low. Cushions are short. So if you’re over 5ft tall do not recommend

The couch never showed up. It said it was delivered but it was not delivered.

I didn't like it at all.

Ordered the dark green couch, and it came in a super heavy box, everything was vacuum sealed and compact. Instructions were terrible--don't follow the first picture, follow the Step 2 picture. The backing was metal with not much support for the couch cushions other than 3 metal bars for the top, middle, and bottom. Screw #7 does not exist, use Screws #1. Measure the 3 backings (labeled as K) 33", 33", and 31-32". Use the smallest for the right side when looking at it from the front or the back screws won't align. I spent so long figuring it out, some holes didn't fit right unless I screwed one in, and hammered it to fit the other. Once it was built, even after fluffing up the cushion, in some areas you could feel the back metal supports (granted it hadn't been 72h yet to expand), the long sitting area was too short and my feet hung off even as someone who is 5'2", and it was very short/low to the ground. The seat cushion itself expanded almost immediately and was thick/full (more on the bouncy side than soft), but everything else I didn't like. I unscrewed everything, called customer support, packed everything and put the cushions into the bags and took it to Target for a full refund so I could get a better couch elsewhere. Went inside, ask for help with a couch return, they followed me to my car with a dolly, and got my money back. I don't recommend it. I just really liked the color lol
