I am 51 years old and I am running on tradmil machine from very long time but I felt some problem in my legs at the age of 50 year.As I use this company’s few product from last 2 to 3 years.Once I got a warning signal in my legs, immediately after than I checked in detail and found suitable product by myself ( Cartilage Collagen - Tablet ) Once start using this product, within couple of days I am feeling so good and till date without any kind of pain i can keep running 4 kms a day in gym and can do other workout too. All my symptoms like osteoarthritis or osteoporosis was gone.As per my observation It’s very important for all adults, age over and above 50 years old to protect their all joints until last.

I had been having so much knee pain with or without running. Started taking 4 of these pills a day and I no longer have any knee pain. I feel so strong on my runs as well. Highly recommend this for athletes or people who have minor aches and pain. After 5 days I felt pain free! The collagen water is also good as well. Definitely have to use this every day for it to work.

I subscribed to these pills a few months ago. After using them for a couple months, I noticed hat my knees weren't cracking when I walked up and down stairs. And when I run, my knees don't get sore any longer. Yay!! Way to go, Vital Proteins. :)

I've been using Vital Proteins Cartilage Collagen for about 9months now and it's been so crucial to my recovery from not one but two car accidents. My right shoulder was in a lot of pain for months before I found Vital Proteins. After one month of taking the collagen my shoulder pain diminished along with help from my pt it made a world of a difference. I recommend it to anyone especially if you have any joint pain or strain. It's a great quality product and helped me relieve my pain so I'm sold.

I bought the Cartilage Collagen a month ago and I am still waiting for positive results. I hope I will not have to take it for 6 months to lessen the pain and improve my knees. I am taking also the Collagen Peptides and has worked very well on my skin and hair after 6 months of taking 20 g doses. I started taking 40 g per day and have seen better results when I increased the dose. Very good product to take and recommend it to everyone for better health.

Have taken for a month and starting to feel better

Do the directions REALLY say to take 4 capsules 1 to 3x a day? Is that correct? So to get the right amount of collagen or enough to really make a difference one needs to take 12 capsules every day? That just seems like a lot. And that’s if you’re not taking any other vitamins supplements or medication. I just can’t imagine taking all my other vitamins and supplements +12 of these.

I can walk longer distances and dance without knee pain.

I bought this a little over a month ago and my joints are starting to feel better.

I ordered the cartilage collagen a little bit ago, but it sat there for a while before I really started using it. I intended to use this product for post-workout recovery, however, it has served me with another purpose. I have a mild case of dermatitis around the creases of my nose. I noticed that once I started taking the cartilage collagen, the redness and scaling went away. I am not a doctor, but I did a little research on the amino acids in the product. It turns out most of them are very beneficial for skin hydration and pH levels. I have tried so many topical products (both chemical and natural) that did not work so I am extremely glad this product had a surprise side effect!

I've been using this cartilage collagen on/off for nearly two years now. I've only gone off when it's out of stock. I also use the collagen peptides and love both products. This one was a life saver for me. In May of 2016, I fell and injured my left rist and left knee tearing cartilage & ligaments in both areas. My orthopedic surgeon gave me a steroid shot in my rist and an anti-inflammatory med for the knee pain. While my knee pain was very minimal during the day, it was so bad at night I couldn't sleep much at all and was slowly getting quite exhausted for daily activities. After awhile the steroid shot wore off as well and then that pain was back in full force. I was already using the peptides, so Instead of going back for another steroid shot for my rist and an MRI for my knee, I decided to try this cartilage collagen product first. The results were swift and amazing! In about a month or two my knee & rist pain was completely gone. I have been pain free ever since, even when this product's been temporarily out of stock. I Highly recommend trying this product! As long as this is available I will NEVER stop using it. At 55 years old I need all the help I can get to stay strong and agile!
