Leaking bottle

I really like the Golden Jojoba oil and recently ordered a second bottle. Unfortunately, the bottle leaked during shipping. I sent an email explaining the problem and included pictures of the bottle and leakage. I was contacted by customer service the next day apologizing for the inconvenience and notification of a refund. To tell the truth, I would have preferred a new replacement bottle instead. . Buyer beware! I did not receive a full refund. I received a refund for price of the bottle of oil but not the shipping cost. I do not feel that I should pay the shipping cost for a leaking bottle of oil. Now I am out for shipping cost on a leaking bottle that is not my fault.
