    Very solid piece of furniture

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very solid piece of furniture and the black handles makes the piece stand out. The drawers glide easily, and they are a great size. The color is fairly true to the website pictures with slightly less subtle variation in color and nuances in the wood itself than I expected. Plank and Beam as a company is a delight to work with.

    Pecan dresser

    Great color, smells good, took about 3 hours to assemble. Drawers are a bit loud to close and drawers will likely loosen over time since they're screwed together, not dovetailed.

    The quality of the wood

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the wood looks nice. The assembly wasn't bad, but not 100% straightforward. There were a couple of pieces that looked like they were supposed to have holes for little wooden dowels that actually didn't have holes. Took us about 2 hours. Biggest issue is that the drawers aren't completely straight/flush, but I can live with it for the price.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is for the 6-drawer Haven dresser. It’s nicely made, sturdy hardware, and solid wood. My only issue is with the stained finish. There were several edges that were bare wood. I reached out to the company asking for a touch-up sample of stain, but no response.

    Do not buy!

    Absolutely horrible. Do not purchase smell is so strong on this. They say low vocs but that can’t be true the smell has been giving me a headache and will not go away. There’s mold on the wood. The quality is extremely poor. The dresser came all dented.

    The drawers are not all

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawers are not all wood as advertised. The bottom of them are made of some type of white plastic. Also, the quality of the drawer slides are the cheapest I have ever seen. When you close the drawers they slam into the back of the dresser. The front of the dresser drawers are not flush with the body of the dresser. I would return it but I’m a senior citizen and cannot afford to pay for it to be disassembled and the cost of packing and return. Very disappointed.

    This thing is solid!!! It took a few hours to build on my own and you need a screwdriver that is not included!! It’s exactly what I wanted and the drawers are deep and solid.

    The Blonde Haven color matches

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blonde Haven color matches nearly perfectly with the Thuma bed frame’s “Natural” finish! Looks good with the Thuma too! Quite good quality, drawers are pretty nice. The top board had a minor visual defect, they sent out a replacement board for free!! The drawers work pretty well, I wish they slid out a little further, but all things considered it was the best option that went with the Thuma natural bed frame without costing an obscene amount!

    Shop elsewhere. Poor quality.

    Quality issues all around. I bought the entire Haven set. Dresser, Chest of drawers, and nightstands and had issues with every piece. Several of the pieces had cracks where holes were predrilled. The drawers do not sit flush and there are variations in the widths between each drawer. Additionally I felt a little scammed as these are not made entirely from solid wood, a good portion of the material is made from manufactured wood. I would return but unfortunately am not able to.

    Scratches easier than an iPhone

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scratches easier than an iPhone screen. Just peeling the part identifying stickers off left scratches on and we used our fingers. Looks nice but is sensitive. Not worth the price really.
