Missing a shelf

I ordered this about 4 weeks ago. When I unpacked it, I notice that it was missing one shelf. The only option the system offered was to pack the whole thing back up into the big box, return it, then reorder it at full price (I had gotten it on sale). I called customer support and they were very nice. They offered to send a message to the manufacturer along with my photos and request a replacement shelf. 3 weeks later I do not have a resolution. I am left with either boxing it back up or finding a replacement shelf myself. It’s a shame. I was really excited about it.
