Worth the Buy

This is a great product for tea drinkers. The pitcher could be more durable though. I have to replace just the pitcher about every 6 month. considering we make 3-4 pitchers of tea per day... I'd say this is pretty reasonable. I like that you can adjust the strength of the tea with this product. Still worth 5 stars just because I don't have to wait for water to boil or steep tea for an inappropriate amount of time.

Best Tea Machine

This machine makes the best iced tea ever! We use it in the evenings to make de -caffeinated tea to enjoy at night! Great product. Tea is cold and smooth!

Looks nice but....

It looks nice and works as it should. That said, it feels very cheap. The plastic is very poor quality. It's too thin in areas. I would not expect the pitcher to survive being dropped too many times. I did not read the manual thoroughly so I don't know if the pitcher is dishwasher safe. Regardless, I don't think the pitcher would do well in a dishwasher.

Machine leaks

Got it as a gift a couple years ago and the tea Reservoir leaks. I get tea all over my counter because it comes through the seams on the machine.
