How to take it?

Hi, I bought the product based on great reviews, but not sure how exactly it should be taken, with/without food, or should there be a window before taking food after taking it? I would appreciate your response so I can have all benefits from the supplement. Thank you!

Sticking to what works for me

My father's side of the family has a history of sinus issues, which I’ve inherited along with my siblings. Two years ago, I discovered this product because I wanted a more natural alternative to what my doctor had prescribed. My sinus problems tend to peak during the summer and winter, so I make sure to take it during those times. In less than ten minutes, I noticed my sinus-related headache faded away, and now I’m in the midst of a nose-blowing session. Once everything clears up, I can breathe freely all day long. This product truly works, which is why I've continued to use it.

Amazing for coughs

This has totally changed my life. I used to end up with a lingering cough anytime I got sick. Now I just take this supplement and it clears right up. I haven’t used cough syrup in years because of this product.

Excellent Product

I bought this product a few years ago when I suspected I had RSV and it worked amazingly well for all my symptoms!! Especially the excessive mucus ! I use it whenever I feel any respiratory or sinus problems and it seems to help any digestive problems also. After reviewing the ingredients it does explain why it helps my digestive and inflammatory problems too ! Amazing product with amazing ingredients !! I will continue to use as needed!

super product

a friend, who has taken this for 10 years, got me started on this product. It was very effective to keep sinus problems at bay. I am now, due to a medical problem, unable to swallow tablets .. CAN i CRUSH IT AND TAKE WITH APPLESAUCE ?

I'm expecting more improvement soon

I haven't been taking the Natural Factors Lung, Bronchial & Sinus Health Tabs really long enough to be able to give a judgement on them yet. But, so far, I've felt a slight improvement in my breathing. I expect more improvement soon.

Helps clear my sinuses and bronchial area

I have been taking the combination of products separately, as they were recommended for sinus and allergies, with the exception of ivy extract, for years. It is nice to find them together in one pill. They do help, as I have chronic allergy and sinus problems. Much nicer to take one than 5 or 6 separate capsules 3 times a day!

Good ingredients,

I bought this to help me fight cover-19 which is wreaking havoc on my lungs. I’m not sure if this helped or not, it definitely didn’t cure me, but maybe it stopped my from getting worse? Not sure but the ingredients are great and I’m sure for normal flu/bronchial situations I think it would work well.

Frustration!

Frustrating is the word that comes to mind. This item which helps me a lot seems to be out of stock often. Now for an extended period. And this is the time of year (and the fall) when I need it the most. I have a chronic sinus problem and shortness of breath (relatively) and as a singer (not professional) this is a problem.
