A very good vitamin

I have taken bargain vitamins for years even though I couldn’t tell they really helped much. Since taking this vitamin for only a month now, I am amazed at the difference between it and the cheap ones. My hair is shinier and more healthy appearing, I have more energy, and I just feel better overall. When it comes to a good vitamin, you get what you pay for.

I get all the supplements I need in one pill. Rather than take several I take one-n-done.

One n only

I love that it is a whole food and it contains everything I was looking for in a multi. I also like that you only take one a day. My husband and I have been taking this for the last 12 years and I have not found another that comes close.

Best Multivitamin

I have tried alot of multiple vitamins but this is one that I have noticed improvements in nail strength and overall energy level. My husband and I both take it and the ease of one pill a day is great. A little big but it does go down.

Quick easy one-pill vitamin

Really like how this fulfills my needs for vitamins in one pill. It's a little big but not hard to swallow and doesn't give me any indigestion or acid reflux. Highly recommend.

my must have

I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect multivitamin. One'n'only is the winner for completeness in a one-a day. I'm post-menopausal so I wanted no iron. The phyto-nutrients are a bonus as are the minerals and herbal extracts. My only suggestion for improvement is that it be time-released.
