    Impossible delivery

    I ordered the10x14 for a client's beach house. It did not qualify for white glove, in house delivery. Delivery and spread was nightmare, smells funny and sheds terribly. Client has yet to see it but it looks beautiful.

    Great Rug but wrong color

    The design in the rug looks more blue on-line than it does in person. Its more periwinkle or purplish looking. Glad I ordered the sample.

    Never stops shedding

    We have had this rug for 2 months and vacuum daily, but it is still shedding. Although it is beautiful, the shedding and clean up is too much!!
