    Exactly As Presented

    This is the 4th rug I've ordered from Rugs.com. Each rug has been a satisfactory experience. Rugs typically have bumps from being rolled up but flatten with time. I would order from this company again.

    Color is different

    Love this rug on the website but what I received looks a bit darker. More like chocolate milk than beige. I’ve ordered rugs here before and the photos were accurate. I’ll keep it but won’t be ordering more sizes of this one.

    Nice rug if not shipped folded

    9x12 came folded not rolled which resulted in major creasing and a bulge in the middle. To bad because its a nice rug. Had to return.

    We are very happy with this rug in our dayroom. We get alot of light in the room so it looks a little different shade depending on the angel. Soft, neutral colors and feels good under foot.

    Great color.

    The rug is a very complimentary color for my living room and it's very soft. Time will tell how wearable it is since this is a high traffic area in our house. Given the cost of this rug, I'm not expecting years of wear without visible signs. I had the Heritage Collection in the past and it still looks good after 4 1/2 yrs.

    Great rug but….

    I love the colors and size of this rug but was very disappointed because the rug itself is not a true rectangle. I know I’m probably not describing this correctly but when looking from the center to the corner of the rug, it angles down by about 2 inches. I would return it but they do not have any more in stock and I wanted this for the holidays.

    This rug was exactly what I was looking for. It came rolled and folded in half and we were waiting for our house finish, so I was concerned about it laying down flat. We followed instructions and it layed out quickly. Coloring as pictured. Very happy with Rugs.com!

    Delivered folded!

    I have bought area rugs that were delivered rolled up that when unrolled lay flat. This rug came folded! It takes a lot of work and time to reduce the creases! Hopefully with time that trip hazard will be reduced.
