Terrible pattern I am not sure if it’s carpet shading or what but unfortunately, the pattern is only revealed on half of the rug. It’s sort of looks ombré color . Also it’s been two weeks and the ends are still not fully flat on the floor. Too much hassle To return so they’re giving me a partial refund but honestly, I do not like the rug. It just doesn’t look good or make any sense.

We bought this rug for our bedroom and could not be happier! When we unrolled it, it had lumps in it as expected, but we just laid it out in our living room and vacuumed it several times and left it there over night. We did the same thing the next day and basically the lumps were gone. It has that chemical smell when you first get it, but that went away quickly. We are very happy with it!

This rug is so beautiful! It's so soft and plush. It's much prettier in person which often isn't the case with online purchases. There is a small stain on mine. You can barely see it, but at the price I would expect it to not have that. I contacted customer service and they gave me an amount off of the purchase in lieu of exchange which was fine with me! This is my fourth large rug I've purchased from this site, along with three smaller ones, since I moved into my new home 6 weeks ago. Shipping is fast and the quality has been great! I love that all of the rugs have multiple sizes, colors, and shapes available. I'm in love with both the octagon Monte Carlo and octagon Arlington. You HAVE got to check them out!!
