Great but pricey

These have great flavor, and make fantastic munching by themselves, or as bart of breakfast, desserts, a myriad of uses. My criticism would be too expensive for what we get, and also widely varying nutrition information for the same products with other brands. This is troubling, because I am one who sometimes needs to know what I'm eating, and the variances (such as fat, fiber content, calories, etc.) are very wide. Don't these companies know what they've got here?

great snack

I love these combined with toasted coconut flakes for a satisfying snack or desert. It's pure chocolate so bitter, not sweet. These nibs will not satisfy a true sweet tooth. It's a great source of antioxidants, fiber and healthy fat. It will satisfy a craving for something crunchy.

love this product

I stock up on cacao nibs regularly and am pleased that Swanson has made this brand available and at a better price than the others Swanson offers. I find these tasty, although it may be an acquired taste if one is used to chocolate of the typical sort. No sweeteners here- just the nutritional benefits/fiber and bitter chocolate flavor- not as bitter as a coffee bean, however. I consume these daily.
