Should have been rolled!

Love the rug, but hate the creases and waves. My 9x12 rug is soft, beautiful, and seems to be well-made, but it was folded into a cube shape for shipping. 48 hours later, it’s still so wavy I can’t put my furniture on it yet. My hair dryer isn’t up to the task of smoothing out all the waves, and my back isn’t either. I may have to pay professionals to get it flat enough to use it. There goes my bargain price!

Great combination of colors!
