Terrible product and terrible customer service!
Bought this rug and it was defective. I didn’t open it until I got to my rental property. Saw a purple area on it so I took it back to Target. They will not return it because I was told you have 30 day from SHIPPING date to return it. This is terrible customer service! It should be 30 days from receipt! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I shop at Target all the time! So I am stuck with a defective rug! Terrible!

I purchased 3. They eventually flatten out in a month or so. 2 of the 3 rugs were tearing apart. No one in customer service responded to my requests for assistance. I submitted images the day I opened the. The color is nice. They were a good price. I couldn’t exchange them because they were sold out. I had this exact rug in my previous home and they held up wonderfully. I guess I just got a bad run. These were significantly packed well, it’s the construction of the item that was poor.

Delivery was timely and the rug came in good condition. I like the soft tan and cream colors which go well in entry from garage. It lies flat on wooden floor and doors open easily over the rug. Really can’t rate how easy it cleans as I just received it. I’m hoping it is.

Very soft and seems to be solidly made, we got a pad to go under as well but it was decently thick, colors are pretty close to image, it has 2 colored threads that are subtle but aren’t as obvious on the website pictures

Gorgeous rug!
I rarely write reviews, but this rug was so nice and looks way more expensive than it is. The nicest outdoor rug I've seen! Soft and lush. A previous reviewer mentioned the fraying, but I believe that was the underside of the rug.

Bad purchase because it’s not like picture - there is a brown to the carpet and it’s very thick you cannot have furniture on top
