Venetian vs Viola Rug

The 2x3 rug received was labeled a “Venetian” instead of “Viola” on the packaging and thus confusing. Inquiry to the vendor was not able to explain the difference. Nevertheless, it is a sweet little rug and appears well made. It fits nicely into the planned small space and the addition of a pad makes it softer underfoot. Perhaps some label clarification from the company would prevent confusion to the potential buyer.

Great customer service

I got a small size for an entryway and it works nicely. When I had a problem with the rug on arrival (corners unravelling), the customer service responded quickly and handled it with grace. That made all the difference--and will make me buy from here again.
