Very satisfied
Was puzzled by bad reviews. Tastes fine, I mix in a smoothie every day using a blender and other fruit and vegetables. Was a bit of a diuretic, so had to switch to the regular one without high fiber. Very happy with this product, have bought multiple times, and a very reasonable price.

Just try drinking sand
This stuff just won't mix with anything. Most of it ends up as sludge in the bottom of your drink. I tried mixer cups and blenders and sprinkled it on cottage cheese. It just doesn't mix with anything. It was a waste of my money.

hemp protein benefits
I am a firm believer in hemp protein in the diet of my wife and I. I am getting older and dont consume almost any meat. we get our protein from hemp which has more protein than meat per serving. it also helps put omega 3/6/and 9 in our cereal in the morning. it helps you maintain regularity in bowl movements too! I give it thumbs up for so many healthy reasons.

Unhappy Purchase
We like the Nutiva hemp oil and seeds so we expected to be satisfied with this hemp powder. However, it did not agree with our digestive systems and we both had the runs shortly after drinking our smoothies. We tried it again the next day just be sure and the same thing happened. Unfortunately, we had to send this back.

Best product for my system
I use this product most days. It has become my normal breakfast and keeps me feeling full till lunch. Regulates my whole digestive system which has never been better. Taste - I add 1/2 tablespoon each of Organic Carob & Organic Cocoa Powder and 1/5 Banana. I blend the dry items, toss in the banana & 3 cubes of ice.

If you are concerned about what's in your protein powder, look no further. This product has it all going for it, plus it tastes great. I use it in my smoothies. I haven't tried all of the flavors, but am looking forward to it.

I love adding this to my smoothies each and envy morning. I like the taste and texture (a bit of thickness) it adds to my drink. Love the fiber I get. I had no idea hemp could be used this way. I have reordered many times. I usually buy the larger size but got this size since the other was out.

Hemp Protein
I make Green Smoothies every morning to start my day on and needed some additional protein powder to add to those smoothies. The Hemp Protein came highly recommended to use and so being a loyal user of Swanson, I ordered the Hemp Protein for the first time and have really enjoyed it. I have noticed the benefits from the higher fiber and believe that my digestion and colon are functioning much better since this addition.
