[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked long and hard for a deck box with good ratings for weather resistance for use as a parcel box on my front porch. Finally came across a review that mentioned Lifetime products. First deck box with flawless ratings I could find that had awesome scores for durability, water resistance and customer satisfaction. First shipment arrived with some damage to the lid. Lifetime was quick to send out a return shipment label for free return and immediate replacement. Second one arrived in perfect condition. Easy to put together, although instructions could have been more clear about how the lid hinge assembly went together. Once put together it went out on my porch and has been collecting all my shipments; dry and no more water damage. No porch pirates will see my packages either. It has a lockable lid as well. Love my Lifetime box!

Have had multiple outdoor storage boxes for years. Just ordered a third. The lighter colored ones stand up incredibly well to south Texas heat and U.V. After 4 years we had an issue with a few parts and they replaced them free of charge as a courtesy. They didn't need too, just did. Reliable products and customer service. We will buy again !

My 10 year old dock box hinges were rusting badly. I called Lifetime to see about purchasing replacement hinges, and they sent me new ones at no cost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not that my CR Brady handled the call well and is shipping a replacement top for my storage box under warranty, ie free. It’s that the efficiency and understanding shown was outstanding. I love these deck boxes. They are hands down the best we have ever owned, and we have 2. If it were not for our error in storing bird seed in them, the squirrels would not have chewed the top on one, but even then they could not get thru. My husband said that the company would not sell a top. Boy was he wrong! When this company says Lifetime, they mean it.

They replaced the box when the box broke due to a residential bear. Everyone else who had wood, had their garbage thrown all over the place; mine didn't go far. Yes the bear tore the lid off its hinges, but I think it took him/her awhile. So they gave up. Good for me, bad for the neighbors. I would definitely recommend this company to someone.

We live in south texas where the weather took a toll on the hardware. Lifetime offered to replace the parts for free after I requested these replacement parts. Great customer service!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this deck box for 10 to 15 years and I was hoping to get the metal replacement parts. All of the metal parts had rusted and corroded because we stored pool supplies and chlorine tablets in the box. The plastic pieces were still in excellent condition and I wanted to continue to use the box. I sent and email about getting replacement parts and I got them today. Yeah! Great company! Very responsive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a deck box a couple of years ago. It has held up very well. But, I keep my duck food & wild bird food in it. Evidently, the squirrels (or rats) figured out where the food was & chewed all around the lid trying to get into it. They didn't get in, but they chewed through the part with the hole in it that I used to keep the lock on it. I contacted the company asking if I could purchase just another lid for it. Brenna(Customer service) emailed me back & said they would send me a new replacement lid - at NO CHARGE! She said because there was a delay in getting right back to me - because of Covid - that they would send me one for FREE! Which they did - didn't even have to pay shipping!! GREAT PRODUCT & UNBEATABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Storage box is great. Only complaint is that the instructions for assembly were very confusing and there were more tools required than indicated. As a result, it took much longer to assemble the box than it should have,
