Nice idea but hard to resolve any issues

Bed arrived slightly damaged. its hard to reach anyone to resolve. Damage was minor but I had difficulty reaching anyone to resolve my issue. the only option was a return and now I cant even reach anyone to cancel the return

Broken on arrival.

Shipping box had obviously been ripped open and heavily taped back together. Upon opening that area of the box, the metal support part had been bent/crushed and scraped, and a plastic piece was also bent and broken off. This should never have been delivered in this condition. Now I have to figure out how to return, as it's very heavy, and figure out something else for a bed. 🤬

Best bed frame purchase to date

Fair warning your frame will stick out further than your mattress, but it's well worth it as I finally have a place to put all the miscellaneous items I usually have tucked away in a closet or cupboard that I may need someday but not any day soon. The storage is directly on the floor though, and 2 usb ports, so you can finally make use of the inevitable port you're blocking with your bed

The best!

It was a little rough trying to assemble it at twith a few pieces a little bent out of place but we got it done! keeps my room so much more clutter free. Was a little lower than I expected but it still works great!

Block off the back if you don't want the cats going underneath.

have had it in for about 7 months now with absolutely no problem. The counter balance springs work good enough for my wife to be able to lift for her bin storage underneath.

I recently bought this bedframe Took me a little over 2 hours to put together but mostly because I have a couple pieces reversed. The storage space underneath is amazing, helped open a lot of space in my closet. Great help with spring cleaning and a bedroom makeover
