The dropper already has the measurements and it is to be dropped under the tongue and held for 30 seconds. It is natural red. There is a slight pleasant taste but otherwise it is unflavored. It’s too early to tell whether the product is effective. There is a slight feeling in my esophagus 10 minutes after taking the supplement, nothing uncomfortable. My doctor recently told me that I need to take more B12 so this will be a good test. I was not expecting that it would be bright red liquid. That did surprise me. I think I just assumed it would be clear since it is unflavored . It specifically talks on the box about how the product does not contain any food coloring. It says that the B12 is naturally red. You definitely will need to be careful when taking this so that you do not get it on your clothes. I received an incentive to write this review.

This comes in a glass dropper bottle. Its unflavored and so easy to take. I just put a 1 ml dropper full under my tongue, wait a few seconds so my body can absorb it, and then take a drink of water. It says no taste but it tasted like cherry to me, but string but obvious to me. The taste is not bitter but i had a difficult time holding it under my tongue for the full thirty seconds. I was looking for an energy boost, and these were recommended by a friend. I like the fact that the liquid form of the vitamins are free from the fillers that are put in capsules and tablets. The taste is pleasant, with a slight sweetness from the natural plants. I like that both B-12 and Folate are in one supplement too. The dropper is clearly labeled how ever it is brown and not black writing so when the red liquid is in the dropper it is a little hard to read the numbers but not extremely difficult . The liquid is red so I wouldn’t want to get it on my clothing. B12 is supposed to help with energy and I think it is working as a supplement to regular exercise and rest. So I thought I would try this option that has a high dose of a couple B vitamins. It mentioned that it’s unflavored however it almost has a berry flavor to it so I’m not sure how they can claim that. I can add it to some juice or just water or take it independently. It’s actually a 2 ounce bottle which can last for a good 30 days. I received an incentive to write this review.
