Q: I just bought this air conditioner and it says that is self Evaporation so why it’s leaking it hasn’t been hooked up until not even 12 hours and it’s already leaking. How do I know and how do I do that?

The self-evaporating system of our products only increases the condensation of the product to evaporate away, and if there is more condensation than evaporation, the product will accumulate water. Please ask where the leakage is located so that our team can solve your query.

A: Hello, Roxanne. Thank you for your interest in our product! The self-evaporation function of the portable air conditioner has two main benefits: 1.Energy saving – it uses the condensate water to cool the condenser, improving efficiency. 2.Reduced drainage – part of the water is evaporated by the heat from the condenser, but only a small amount, so a drainage hose is still needed.
