Takes away the aches
This product works great for many joints. I noticed within a few days my lower back wasnt hurting and then my hips and knees felt better. I am continuing to improve but noticed after about a week I felt much more flexible and less aches.

Works Great!
My acupuncturist reccommended this to me for nerve pain and it works wonderfully! Takes a few days before the effect is felt but it definitely works and I reccommend it to anyone else.

An effective and economical way to keep my joints moving
I use Joints Joy, often with Knee Kinder, when I have joint aches and pains, which usually occur in my hips, knees and ankles. I highly respect the action of Du Huo, one of the major herbs in the formula, and used to use the raw herb a bit reluctantly because of its strong acrid taste. With this formula I have a much more user-friendly way to dose Du Huo plus it's combined with other herbs that make it more effective. I realized quite in retrospect a few weeks ago that a chronic hip pain that I'd had off and on for a few years has been kept at bay since using this. This seems both very effective and also very economical compared to other possible scenarios for my hips and knees.

Contains corn starch
A friend recommended this. I took it and think it was helping but then realized it contains corn starch, which I am allergic to. That’s why I only gave it three stars. But I think it was working. I’m just too scared now to continue because corn usually gives me hives (sometimes really scary ones!)

I think this preparation assisted in my quest to get to the bottom of my joint problems while continuing my martial arts training. I miss detailed info re TCM and mechanisms of action in organs etc. some of the annotations are too superficial for one to decide whether this is the right formula for their condition. I test it in two different seasons and under a similar training load to compare if it may be more efficient at a certain time of the year.

I just finished 2 bottles of JointsJoy. It seems to be helpful with my joints. I usually have some difficulty getting off from my recliner but when I take this, I can get up with more ease. It is still too early to tell but I’m hopeful.
