I use this Dehydrator Machine all the time and it works great.

I purchased this 1 year ago and used it about every 2 months. It stopped working today, no longer heats up. It is on but will not go over room temperature. What a waste of money.

Does everything I need it to. From fruits and veggies to meats.

I love this. Lots of room between racks. Perfect! I use regularly and just love this. Not to mention it is beautiful to look at

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT

Used sparingly/seasonally, and suddenly stopped working, no power at all. Reviewed help articles and they reference parts that don't seem to be available. Unfortunately, I purchased this from Pyle warehouse so the nutrichef warranty isn't viable. I just learned this when their customer service rep pointed that out and that was the the end of the support. No way I would purchase this brand again. Spend a few dollars more and get a trustworthy brand.

This product worked great for 2 years. We dried all kinds of things from our home garden. Then suddenly, with an oven full of sliced apples, it stopped heating. I'll be buying a new dehydrator now and will not be a Nutrichef. . Don't waste your money, get something with a longer than one year warrantee.

I made venison jerky for the first time in the dehydrator was so quiet I barely heard it for the six hours that it ran. The jerky was done in six hours, just as directed in the recipe book cleaning the stainless steel racks was very easy.

We used this roughly 3 times a week and unplugged the machine between use. After 3 months of use it just didn't work when plugged in. Customer service takes forever to get back to me and ghosted me this last time 7 days ago. They said they don't know what to do because the part I need they don't have in stock, they offered no replacement or refund.

I loved the dehydrator but after 6months it stopped working. My wife bought this for me for my birthday. Was so excited to finally have a dehydrator. One day making tempeh, realized it wasn't heating. That was six months after we bought it. Such a bummer, tried getting a refund but past the return date. I would not recommend this dehydrator, it's not going to last you years like some of the others, Cabelos, Excalibur, etc

Unit quit working in less than six months. Contacted customer service, stated they would send a return label, never did, and stopped responding to my emails. *This is the second dehydrator I've purchased from this company. Avoid!

While it works it does a great job. But trust me it won't work for long. The first one quit within the year (& had not been used all the time, only intermittently). Customer service was very negligent in their responses and it took a lot of persistence to finally get anything done. After 2 months they decided the circuit board was bad but they could not get a replacement so we had to wait another month or longer before they finally sent a replacement. The replacement sat here for several months before even being used…. . & it quit in LESS THAN A YEAR after receiving it! What a pile of junk! I will never purchase anything from this company again. Not only are their products junk their customer service is non existent

I received this as a late Christmas gift this year from the hubby. So far I absolutely love it! I did the initial setup of 30 minutes run time and then loaded it in with a bunch of fruits and veggies. It's been going strong for the last few days right now. It is super quiet, extremely durable and really pretty! I highly recommend this product so far and I have it at five stars. I'll leave another review in a couple more weeks to give an update, but definitely worth the buy and the price was really good!

I would strongly recommend against purchasing this dehydrator. I purchased one in 2022, the display stopped working. You could not tell what the temperature or time settings read, and then the unit stopped producing heat as well. I requested a return and was sent a replacement unit in 2023. This unit developed the same issues after about 10 months of use. The display stopped working and the temperature and time functions were no longer usable. I was told that I was now beyond warranty and customer service suggested I try finding someone to fix it locally. The unit also does not have an off switch; you have to unplug the machine to turn it off. I found that to be an inconvenient design. For the price, I believed that this machine would work for more than a year, but it did not (twice!).

Great dehydrator if u only want it to work for 6 weeks. Just like every other bad review there is no power to the machine. Sent a video and picture of receipt and hoping to hear back with a replacement. There are quite a few bad reviews so clearly nutrichef is aware of this issue. Sometimes companies just make bad products. Not planning on purchasing from nutrichef again.

I've made several batches of beef jerky and one of dried apples and worked fantastic. It's very quiet. I run the stove hood vent when the beef jerky is being made so the whole house doesn't smell like it and it is much noisier than the dehydrator. The door closes and is secure with a magnet yet easy to open without moving the unit. Has handholds for each side and easy to carry and move around. Not very heavy so I will probably put it away once I'm done with the majority of my dehydrating. Or not. It's really a nice looking appliance. I got the white one to match my other appliances.

One of the best products I have bought. it is fairly quiet works exactly as it's supposed to and comes with amazing recipes to try.
