They took my money and never gave me the bath mat

I wish I could review the bath mat, but I never received it. They sent me a quilt. Customer service said I now have to drive to my local Target to return the quilt. I told them I was injured (double knee surgery) and physically can't drop off their quilt, asked if they could arrange carrier pickup. They said nope. In the end, I never got the item or my money back. It’s been a really disappointing experience. I’ve always liked shopping at Target, but this situation made me feel unseen and unsupported. I hope they find a way to make their wrong-item return process more accessible for customers with disabilities.

Great rugs, color is different.

The color is not even close to the pic, it’s a lighter green. I really wanted a true hunter green or spruce green color, which this looks like. Although it’s a lighter green I liked the rugs so much I’m going to keep them.

Love the extra thick loops and higher pile that make the rug so cozy to stand on. Very soft! I have not yet washed the rug, so I cannot speak to its durability, but great softness and visually stunning dark green color!

These bath mat rugs are exactly as described-soft and absorbent! I like the thickness and the rubber backing keeps them from slipping around. The two sizes are perfect for putting one in the shower area and one in the water closet! Highly recommend!!
