Rowenta Steam Station, 1800W, Stainless Steel Soleplate, Black

I have purchased 2 of these both broke multiple times with in a year. I just had one fixed AGAIN. All components were replaced and it has been 3 months and it is broken AGAIN! I would expect for the price that it would last longer. The warrantee isn't long enough. I am seriously disappointed.

Love the iron except 1 thing! The cork handle! I don’t think it will last more than 6 months to a year. Then, how do I replace it?

The product looks and feels like quality. I have never used it before so just decided to give it a try and so far it hasn't disappointed me.

The cork handle is not ergonomically designed for comfort, and the steam trigger placement is very uncomfortable to keep holding continuously. I cannot understand why there is no locking mechanism to hold the steam trigger in place without using a finger. I am very disappointed with the fit of the handle, a person with smaller hands would not be able to use this model. For the high price, a more ergonomic handle should have been designed. This is my third Rowenta over an eight-year period and this will be my last Rowenta.

I leave my iron and ironing board up 24/7 in my sewing room. I had my previous Rowena about 12+ years. This new one heats up quickly when I need to do a little pressing on clothes or on a seam of a new garment. I do like the cork handle and hope it stands up to my expectations of comfort for years to come. I love coming into my sewing room and seeing how this new one shines and sparkles.

i got this on 09/02/2025. was very happy till it started blowing water instead of steam. when i reach out to customer care they are not replacing the it with new one and asking for 35% restocking fee. i will not recommend this.

The cork is makes the iron looks cheap. It would be nice to have an option.

Unfortunately my iron was DOA. After turning it on the first time, I was met with a blinking red water light and the power immediately switched off. The sole plate never got warm either. Funny thing is I bought this iron to replace my 3 year old pro steam model since the boiler stopped working on that model ( heat works, but no steam). I'll be returning this new model and trying another company.

My previous Iron was an Oreck and it got hottter than this Iron for half the cost.

I have owned a Rowenta Steam Generator for 20 years. It finally failed. I ordered this one, and I LOVE it. Glad the old one failed. It was a good one. I like that you can see the water level in the new one.

Great replacement iron for our original Rowenta Perfect Steam. Love the auto shutoff feature. I reccommend this iron.

The steam station is SO MUCH BETTER than a conventional iron. I make lap quilts for hospice and church banners. This is a great tool that will flatten fabric and seams. Great time-saver!
