    When I traveled up hills it would slow down so much to the point it was stopping and I had to walk it up the hills. The set up is difficult, the seat doesn’t stay locked in, and neither does the handlebars. When I hit bumps it would move the handlebars to the side to the wheal and handlebars were not aligned. The battery life is absolutely terrible! It died on my way to work(I only went a little over a mile with a full charge and it died. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Not for commuters

    Front LED is good. Has a back brake light. Hit 13mph on flat land and more down hills. But... it goes 1-4mph up hills. Might as well walk it up. The motor is a bit weak. The seat isn't comfortable. It has to stay on a charger. Went about 4.6miles the first day. Left over night and went 2.3 miles the next and it needed charging. Didn't go close the 20miles. The battery doesn't hold charge. My opinion is that it's a nice pre teens toy, but not to and from work.

    So disappointed

    I purchased this based on the great reviews as a Christmas present. We’ve had it ONE day and I completely regret it so far. I was an easy assembly and at first glance/ride we were super excited. Then realized that the back break rotor was rubbing on the break pads and no matter how much I adjust it, it still rubs. Just when I think I’ve got it aligned, I ride it and as soon as I press the breaks it starts up again. THEN, the bolt holding the hand brake in place on the left side mysteriously fell out and now the hand brake moves back and forth (up and down.) I’m not sure where the heck I’m going find a bolt that fits perfectly and it didn’t come with extras of anything. Although they did include an extra tire, lock, and phone attachment which I thought was super cool. But at this point, I don’t think I’m going to keep this. Soooo disappointing.
