I thought this stool was very pretty and classy. It was just too small and came with one of the legs damaged. It was a small area and under the seat, so not a big deal. I did not call to get it corrected because I just thought it was too small. I also felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality. You will have to assemble the chair. Everything you need is included and it's fairly easy. It did require 2 people because you have to hold all the legs tightly in order to have it level. I put it together myself, but couldn't get it level, so had to have my husband hold the legs evenly. I am a small framed person and I fit in the chair nicely, but my husband, although he is slim, he looked too big in the chair.
