After I opened it up and really saw the entire blanket, its really not very pretty. I thought about returning it, but figured I'd give it to a guy instead of a woman I had in mind, originally. This is my second Vera Bradley throw blanket. I got one in a Christmas motif that I really loved. When I saw this one on sale I had to have it. It is the evening garden pattern and it is just beautiful. It is soft and warm and washes and dries very easily. I live in Florida so I won't get a lot of use out of it but I enjoy having it on the bed because it's so pretty

This red Vera Bradley throw blanket is an upcoming gift (so I didn’t unfold it or use it), but I love Vera Bradley throw blankets (I have many), and this one appears to be true to quality. Like others, it’s a convenient 50” x 80”, compared to the usual “50” x 60”, so you get longer coverage. Although these are lightweight (and super-soft and cuddly), they’re warm. The colors are rich, enhanced by the texture of the fabric. They wash quite well, too. I purchased this one at a very steep discount, likely because it’s part of a design phase-out — perfect opportunity to secure a great product!

Arrived on time. Good quality for price. It is soft and it washes very well. As I said soft for sure but I own another blanket from Target that is much softer, So far no piling. It is a little bit more light weight than I imagined so that is why 4 instead of 5 stars.
