Super machine
Outstanding piece of kit. Replaced a previous HP all in 1 that lasted 12 years so this is a dream . Simple to set up and so fast. Delighted.

Defective system right after unboxing
Received defective and non-functioning product right out of the box. Spent nearly 2 weeks performing diagnostic but Hp could not identify issue. HP won’t initiate either a replacement or refund. Buyer beware.

Minor defect
There is a small dot in the middle of the screen. If the background is white, the dot is visible. Otherwise, it's a wonderful machine.

Very fast
I got this AIO PC as a gift for a family member. They like the nice size of the display and how fast it loads pages from the internet. Setup was a bit challenging as we were going from an XP PC to Windows 11, some file transfer had to be done manually, other than that setup was straight forward.

Misleading, a bit slow, bad default settings that try to sell you things you don't need
Misleading description of the processor speed. "AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 (up to 5.0 GHz)" makes it seem like the chip runs at a 5 GHz clock speed but when you look at the system specs, the clock speed is only 2.0 GHz. My 8 year old Win 10 HP computer runs at 2.8 GHz. So chips are slower now? The computer boots up slower than my Win 10 machine...guessing it's the AI functionality that's creating some lag. Also there are so many default settings that have to be turned off, quite annoying getting constant pop-ups for suggestions even while letting the computer sit idle. If it weren't for the fact that software makers won't support Win 10 anymore, the Win 11 machine wouldn't provide any benefits over my Win 10 machine.

I am disappointed with the keyboard. The colour of the printing in black would give greater contrast for people with fading eyesight ( as my existing keyboard has and I miss it) could you replace it?

HP 27 inch All-in-One Desktop PC
This desktop, was out of stock when I ordered it. It came in very good time, sooner than HP predicted. Setup was very simple. The sound system is excellent, both play back and recording. One downside, it was very hard to find the correct settings for the power settings, sleep mode etc.I got there in the end!

A nice looking computer. The silver model looks less obvious in my living room.
I bought this computer to replace an old model that was unable to load Windows 11. I was quite worried about losing data when I made the move, but the software provided by Microsoft did the job quickly and without any problems. I am delighted with the larger screen and the way it sits on my desk. Seems to take up less room even though it is larger.

Tidy all in one desktop unit.
A very neat design helps this computer look good on the desktop. It boots up quickly and cleanly and after three weeks use my wife tells me it does everything it should quickly, quietly and entirely to her satisfaction. Graphics seem sharp and the built in speakers are quite decent.

Love my new HP computer!
I really like my new HP computer; the screen is so much bigger than my old computer and it starts up so much quicker. My daughter got it all set up for me and she is a whiz at doing that! Thanks HP for the new computer!
