Excellent Customer Service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two sets of the raised garden beds, but unfortunately they were short a few clips to secure the stacked beds together. When I called the representative took all of my information and said they’d get them right out and I would have them in 4-7 business days, no problem!

Big clips to stack the garden boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called customer service today to get some of the bigger clips so I can stack my garden boxes. I had a few but not enough for all my boxes. The customer service person asked me how many I needed and I told him and he is sending me out what I asked for. The best part is they were FREE. Thanks very much Lifetime, great job!

Love these

These are easy to assemble. I now own 4. This year I was able to grow a nice sized harvest of potatoes for my husband and I in one and an abundance of tomatoes in another. Can’t wait until next season to plant the 2 I just received.

Best raised beds available.

We purchased Lifetime raised beds five years ago that are still intact and working well in our garden. We have tried other raised beds that failed after only a year another after two years (waisted money). These beds are durable and versatile.

Extra parts for raised bed

I lost some of the hardware parts that hold the raised bed together and all the parts that secure the enclosure (which I bought several years ago) - customer service sent me all the parts I needed quickly and free of charge. Great service!

Very satisfied

I bought my first beds about 7 years ago they still look great! I’ve started stacking 2 now so I don’t have to bend over so much. I have grown vegetables and flowers in them. The service is wonderful too if you ever have to call which you probably won’t.

Very durable

LOVED THE RAISED BEDS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Multiple Sclerosis and I am an avid gardener. When I discovered these reasonably priced 4 x 4 units I was so happy! This is just what I needed. I bought 3 boxes of 3 each but their was only enough 2 high clips for 1 double unit in each box. I called customer service and the representative was very helpful. He is sending me a bag of 48 clips for double-deck units. I am so happy! I plan on buying 12 more units next year to make more raised beds.

Easy to Assemble for Anyone

Bought a three-pack of these made in the USA garden beds. They are attractive and measure 4' by 4'. Very easy to put together - about 1 minute. Sides are about 9" high. Only drawback is the sides are not sturdy enough to sit or lean on -- they only hold the soil together. The cost is a little high for what you actually get; however, they won't rot or get infested with insects.
