Great quality and taste in this milk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was actually pleasantly surprised with this milk product. I have some different preferences in our household and it’s nice to make single servings or a large amount to meet the needs of that. The flavor is actually quite good. The amount it makes is excellent and can be used for multiple occurrences. Based on the bulk, it is a great price.

Great price for a great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was seeing so many recipes suggesting milk powder so I decided to give this milk powder a try. I first tried it plain to get a sense for taste if you use it as advertised- it wasn’t as good as fresh milk but not bad to have on hand. But I used it to thicken up some homemade yogurt and to make brownies a little extra creamy and it worked great!

Versatile, Convenient, and Tastes Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really impressed with the DairySky Nonfat Dry Milk Powder 64 oz. This has become a goto item whether I’m using it for baking, cooking, or just making a quick glass of milk. It reconstitutes smoothly with no clumps and has a clean, fresh taste without any added sugar. I love that it’s fat-free and shelf-stable, so I always have milk on hand without worrying about it spoiling. Great value for the size, and a must-have for busy households or anyone who likes to keep essentials stocked.

Great milk to have on hand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As everyone is these days, I’m trying to up my protein intake. That means a lot of dairy, and that can get really expensive. I was intrigued to try this DairySky nonfat dry milk powder, especially when you get 80 servings in a bag. 8 grams of protein with no added fat makes it an easy addition option. I made a quart and mixed it up and left it in the fridge to chill for a few days. Even 2 days later the milk was still mixed in well, quick shake and it was ready to go. It does have a little of a dry milk taste, but I used mine to make a pineapple whip protein milk (1 cup milk, 1 scoop protein powder with 24 grams protein, 1 small can pineapple juice) shake it up and it’s a nice treat to end the day with over 30 grams of protein! It’s awesome that you can keep this in the cabinet to add to smoothies and shakes or to use in a pinch if you run out of the fresh stuff.

Convenient substitute for baking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love adding powdered milk to cakes and cookies. It adds an extra bit of richness and when reconstituted can sometimes be used in recipes that call for fresh milk without any noticable difference in the finished product. I mixed this in a blender bottle to get a smooth texture and tried it in some tea. You won't mistake it for fresh milk if you try to drink it but it is still a useful substitute to have on hand.

Actually tastes good. I'm not a huge fan of milk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this powdered milk a try. I don't normally drink a lot of milk but do like to have this on hand for the kids in case we run out or if there is a storm. I like that it is easy to store. It is a fairly large bag and makes a lot. Make sure that you mix it with warm water so that it is not clumpy.

Perfect for tea without cooling it down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dry milk in my earl grey tea. It's perfect to add in for a milky flavor without making your tea too cold. It tastes creamy and natural. I also appreciate that there is only one ingredient - nonfat dry milk. In other words, nothing is added to it which I love. I would highly recommend!

Tastes good, but clumps badly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using powdered milk since it is so convenient and so great to have on hand. I was very excited to try this powdered milk out! When I added the powder to a mixing bowl and then added the water, I stirred and the were a plethora of clumps. I kept stirring and even then, there were still many clumps. I had to use a frother to help get rid of the clumps. The milk itself tasted good and was smooth in texture.
