Fan is very quiet.The fan is well worth the price. I have the fan speed on the third setting. And it does move a lot of air. Whisper quite how sweet compared to my off brand fan. The light is plenty bright.

I'm 74 and I love the fact that, with the remote, I don't have to climb a ladder to change the fan direction anymore.

The fan is beautiful, but you must have high ceilings to install.

I really like the elegance of this fan. The lights of the fan are above the dining room table. They are focused on the table, making this a great fan for the dining room. The only thing I do not like is that there is a remote that we have to use. I prefer the wall control for both the fan and the lights. The remote is small and feels cheap for such an elegant fan.

We've had this fan for a little over 2 years and it's my favorite fan I've ever had... which is a LOT between different houses. I'm picky about fans so I usually want to change them out as soon as we move in. It cools so much better than most fans with 6 speeds. It was super easy to install, even on a high ceiling. I'm a girl and I did it myself. The beep can be turned off. The little booty shake it does when it turns on is on purpose. It's SILENT. We leave it on all year in our bedroom and it's an awesome fan. I'm actually on here to buy a second one for the living room and was sad that it's gone up in price instead of down like most products that have been out for a couple of years! 😭 But I'm still going to get it... because it really is worth every penny. To make a ceiling fan this expensive and nice looking, but then to make such a crummy little remote and a lousy wall switch with batteries that don't last long is beyond belief. You cannot tell with the remote which fan speed you are on. Also, this ceiling fan should be compatible with more expensive dimmable light and fan speed wall switches for the wall, but it is not. You have to buy the Hunter remote and wall control. The ceiling fan does appear to function well, but setting it up is anything but intuitive. You will have to call Hunter and have them walk your electrician through the process.

I bought this a couple of months ago and it is a very elegant looking fan. Looks great in my small office, works very quiet and efficiently. It is my first fan to run off of a remote and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good quality fan in black.

Beautiful! The fan is great quality. It comes with a remote so you can control the fan and lights from your bed. Very convenient.

Does not have pull chains for backup if you use your remote

It’s beautiful and the style we were looking for, for our older home. However, we’ve had it installed and re installed- doesn’t matter if on the highest setting it shakes really bad (I’m scared it will fly off.) Even on medium set there’s a slight wabble, but not bad. Medium setting doesn’t have any power behind it. Lower setting is worse. We live in the South so summer time we need a good fan. A year after purchasing we are looking for a new fan. I’m gutted b/c an antique style fan is hard to find… but we need something that works.

Within 30 days, already has a noise in the fan. No other issues.

I have chosen Hunter fans for 50 years. Great looking, fantastic quality, and functionality. For me as a vertically challenged senior citizen, the only difficult aspect of installation was my ability to reach the ceiling in our great room. I had no problem following the installation instructions. I expect these fans will outlast me.

It's attractive, runs very quiet and doesn't wobble. The fan doesn't start right away when turned on with remote. It starts out on high and then goes to where you set it. This is annoying because you have to wait to see if it's running at the speed you want or if it's going to run on a speed that was set by someone else. Other than that, I really like it.

Operation is completely silent, even the "wind" noise is quiet. Even at max speed, it generates less wind noise than our old Hampton Bay fan did at medium speed.

Bought for our dining room and the lighting is great. When we turn the dimmer all the way up, it's perfect for a large room. The fan is also so powerful, which was a necessity for us since we have direct sunlight all day and the kitchen/dining room gets very hot. The fan itself is also a beautiful design. Overall, very happy with this fan.

We ordered the black version because the bronze was going to take 2 months to obtain. The first one sent did not work. The fan motor would spin one cycle and then stop. Hunter sent a replacement and the second one works. Turning on/off the fan and speed is a bit different. Plus, Hunter told us that the motor converts the AC to DC. It is very quiet and really looks great in black. It does weigh about 35 pounds so make certain you are using a ceiling fan box.
