    The supplier must have changed

    The supplier must have changed because this filter was much better than the last one. The filtration rate is 6x better. I have had this unit for several years and was always satisfied with it until I used the previous filter. Glad to see you're back on track.

    Changing filter is very easy. For me, I am using my own faucet, not the Smart Faucet that came with the RO system. However, I know the Smart Fuacet is much easier to use and indicating when to change filter. No complaints

    I absolutely love the

    I absolutely love the waterdrop reverse osmosis system. It gives me such great peace of mind to know that we are drinking clean and pure water. It is incredibly easy to change the filters, I love that thereis no guesswork about when itis time to change the filters. The water tastes delicious! This is one of the best purchases I've made.

    It's a bit pricey but it has a bigger job that the other filters, it functions well, very practical to replace. TDS shows between 1 and 3 , but the water in my town is not bad.
