Loved it until new app was forced upon us

Ever since I was forced to connect to the new app, the connectivity has been less than desirable. I am not going to go into the crawl space every time it disconnects so pretty much useless

Protects from House Plumbing system leaks

I just purchased one these for the 2nd time when my 1st one failed to detect water flow, the first unit notified in the past when the plastic connector to an in-house filter system began leaking, so feel it is a worthy investment for my house built in the 1800's with an old plumbing system.

A Must Have For Travelers

The template (body) facilitates an easy installation. Tolerates a reasonale WiFi aignal. Moen App is very user friendly. App provides a comprehensive record of water consumption, protection against leakage and a piece of mind when traveling.

Don't wait till it's to late.

this product has saved my house from slow toilet leaks. I can rest assured that the remote pucks will detect disastrous leaks instantly. the remote control from my phone is also a bonus.

Great data and peace of mind!

We installed the Moen Flow Monitor and Shutoff last year after a winter-related water break resulting in significant flooding in our kitchen and first floor. The Flo device has proven its worth every day it operates with helpful real time monitoring and weekly water usage report. We now have usage data and a peace of mind. Worth every penny!

Saved me from accidentally leaving on spa filling

I have a vaction rental and there has been times where faucets were left on and the Flo shut off the water. Also, accidentally left on filling of a spa and the flo shut off the water as well. Great device!

New Moen App is Terrible!

The new moen flo app is terrible, compared to the prior app! You have cannot grab a period of time in the app to determine water usage...very handy when you have a holding tank to gage how full it is! The workaround for this on the web page is even worse. I own a software company and this is far below acceptable! I'd fire someone who turned our a product that's so deficient, compared to the prior app.
