I love this sweetener. It

Unlike honey, blue agave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike honey, blue agave does not have a bunch of enzymes that can increase carbohydrate intake. It's also composed of even more simple sugars. I can coat the throat similarly to honey.

I have never bought Agave

We traded in fake pancake

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We traded in fake pancake syrup long ago for agave. We were using a different brand, but this one is just as wonderful and versatile. I roast sweet potato cubes for my toddler with this agave. I make sweet potato banana muffins for my toddler with this agave. It is so much better than cane sugar with my insulin. I no longer use cane sugar or honey in the house. This is a great substitute!

The agave nectar was bett

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The agave nectar was better than I thought it would be. Comparing it to corn syrups, it is much less sweet, has a great subtle sweet taste. It is easy to spread, a bit runny, but not that much that it isn't controllable from dripping.
