Bolts are misthreaded, holes in plates and chassis do not line up, and they DO NOT have replacement parts. A search through hardware stores yielded no possible fixes.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way both Best Choice Products and Target handle situations like this. when items are substandard, poorly constructed, and do not meet reasonable expectations for durability there is no accountability . When I sought help, Best Choice Products deferred responsibility to Target’s 30-day return policy rather than standing behind the quality of its own merchandise. Equally frustrating, Target offered no meaningful assistance in connecting me with the manufacturer or pursuing warranty support. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like retailers and vendors are insulated from accountability while buyers are left stuck with defective products. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and do not recommend this brand again or target in general.

Sturdy built and is a lot easier on your back and shoulders. Was easy to put together was missing one cotter key for the wheels. Have not had a big snow yet but seams like it will be much faster then my shovel.

The shovel is very good, but the directions leave much to be desired. Patience (with a capital P) and diligence are needed along with 4 HANDS!

The snowcaster is awesome,, saved my back. I bought 3 from various companies for my family. They all loved it. I would recommend this snowcaster to everyone.

After TWO uses: Coating is already flaking and the plow is already rusting. It’s easy enough to use and is great for pushing larger amounts of snow out of the way, but leaves a thin coat of snow behind, doesn’t get the sidewalk or driveway anywhere near as clean as a shovel.Would be better suited for a gravel driveway.

Works as intended. Love that the blade can be adjusted to the right or left to push the snow off to one side. The only slight downfall is that you can't push down hard onto the cement/asphalt to get a great scrape, thus leaving a slight snow residue on the driveway. However, it is easy to use and would recommend the product. The larger blade makes it faster to remove snow from the driveway.
