    If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased this item in December but only used it until now. The handle came broken. I got zero use out of it and because it is past the 30 day return window there is nothing I can do. I do understand it is partially my fault for the checking them item when it arrived but I do believe that when I purchase a brand new item, it should not come broken.

    Super Pretty, But Doesn’t Last

    I purchased the 28-inch suitcase and after just one trip, one of the wheels broke off. The bag was not overpacked and was within normal weight limits. For a large checked suitcase designed to withstand airport handling, I expected much better durability. Very disappointed that it failed after a single use. While the style is great, the durability just isn’t there.

    Smooth-rolling, expandable luggage

    I didn't think I'd use this set until Thanksgiving, but I had to travel last minute. It was perfect for a long weekend! I fit everything, even extra books for my friend, and still had space to spare. The expandable feature is great, and I love the color. The suitcase is super lightweight compared to others I've used. Very impressed!

    Don't waste your money on this

    I really wanted to like this set for my cruise vacation, but after just one trip, the roller bag had scuffs and a small crack. The duffle has a jam in the zipper, so it doesn't expand all the way. The color also looks more of a creamy yellow than expected. I wouldn't buy this again.

    Totally in love with it!

    I've used this on two trips, with layovers on both flights. It fits in the overhead bin, rolls smoothly, and the zippers work great. The bag fits on the handle of the suitcase too. I got the teal color, and while the bag is a slightly lighter shade, it doesn't bother me.
