    At least for me: great for skin, not for ingesting.

    Swanson Vitamins is an amazing company and I have been ordering from them for years. I've been reading about the benefits of taking black cumin oil and oregano oil combination. I've been taking oregano oil during the flu season, and I thought what would be the harm adding black cumin oil, I do use it on my skin. After a few days of taking, I starting getting a metallic taste in my mouth. Stopped ingesting the oil, taste went away, started taking again, metallic taste came back. I wanted to let others who are considering adding this to there diet and you find you get a metallic taste in your mouth it may be from Black cumin seed oil.

    Great product

    I have tried several supplements for my back and joint discomfort. This is the one that has helped the most. The capsules are not large and easy to swallow.

    Too late to return and headed for the trash.

    No information where this is sourced and not organic. Also contains a large amount of vitamin E which I don't want in this product. Too late to return so it's a loss.

    Great Oil

    I love taking supplements to help maintain my general over-all health. In the past I have used a black seed oil on my skin with a daily body lotion for a healthy glow. Once I saw the oil in supplement form I decided to include it in my daily regiment! Glad I did!

    Really notice a difference

    I gave this a shot and am glad I did. I tried some others and they really had a nasty aftereffect(tasting it after), these have an aftertaste effect but it's nothing intolerable.
